Digital Ethics, Critical Media Literacies and Everyday Life (in Complex Times)
Luke, A. (2018). Digital Ethics Now. Language and Literacy, 20(3). (Short)
“The educational challenge raised by digital culture is not one of skill or technological competence, but one of participation and ethics”…
- We will explore our final text of the course by reflecting on Luke’s suggestion that digital ethics is a significant (and under-served) aspect of new media literacies and 21st century learning in the context of our course exploration together. What new issues have been raised by our learning throughout the course? How might we think about ethics as part of all technologically-mediated learning, both in and outside of schools?
