Making Memory Eternal
This smaller painting is the beginning of a process I have been exploring, using pressed flowers alongside paint to make striking images. In “Eternity”, I used pressed orchids coated in gel medium. These orchids hold particular significance to me personally, and preservation through art conceptually drove me to explore this approach.
At 3″ x 9″, this painting is an experiment upon which I will base a future work.
